LIVINGSTONE SAFARI
Seventeen or Twenty Days of Kenya and Tanzania Combined
The Livingstone Safari offers an unequalled combination of two African nations, Kenya and Tanzania, for a taste of wild and spectacular Africa at its very best. Begin in Kenya's Amboseli National Park, where towering, snow-capped Mt. Kilimanjaro provides the perfect setting for neck-sparring giraffe or a peacefully grazing herd of elephants. Then drive across the border into Tanzania and Lake Manyara National Park. Continuing through spectacular scenery, you reach Serengeti National Park, the most famous park in Africa, renowned for its great wildlife riches. Perhaps you will arrive during the huge annual migration, when millions of wildebeest, zebra and gazelle are on the move in search of green grass and water. The climax of your stay in Tanzania is surely the Ngorongoro Crater, a marvelous natural amphitheater where the endangered black rhino, elephant and myriad gazelle roam the floor of this huge volcanic caldera.
